Click the 'Verify Email' button in the Email section.
A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your email.
Enter the code in the pop-up window to confirm your email.

2. Verify Your Phone Number
Go to your Profile and open the Verification tab.
Click the 'Send Code' button in the Phone section.
A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent via SMS to your phone number. .
Enter the code in the pop-up window to confirm your phone number.

3. Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification
KYC verification is completed as part of the redemption process. You do not need to be KYC approved before submitting a redemption request.
Submit your redemption request through your account.
If KYC verification is required, you will be prompted to complete the verification process.
Follow the instructions provided to verify your identity through our secure verification system.
You may be asked to provide a valid Identification Document, such as a passport, driver’s license, or national ID.
Complete the Selfie/Liveness Check by following the on-screen instructions.
Once the required verification has been successfully completed and approved, your redemption can continue processing.
